Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Services and OTT Subscriptions

Because digital services and OTT subscriptions are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after successful activation or consumption, except where required by applicable law or approved under this policy.

2. Failed Transactions

If money is deducted but our system does not receive successful payment confirmation, the transaction may remain pending or be treated as failed.

If the gateway confirms successful capture but the purchased service was not activated, we will investigate and, where eligible, process the refund.

3. Duplicate Payments

If the customer is charged more than once for the same transaction, the duplicate transaction will be reviewed.

Where verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

4. Non-Delivery

If payment is successfully completed but the purchased digital service is not delivered or activated due to a technical issue attributable to us, contact support.

We will investigate and may:

• Activate the service
• Correct the issue
• Provide an eligible refund

5. Subscription Cancellation

Where cancellation is available, customers may cancel according to the applicable plan terms.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Actual credit time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or card issuer.

Where the payment gateway's processing timelines differ, the gateway/bank processing timeline may apply.

8. Fraudulent Transactions

Suspected fraudulent transactions may be investigated.

Refunds related to fraudulent activity may be handled according to applicable law, payment gateway rules and investigation findings.
